Open the Scheme dropdown and select ‘El Capitan’ from the list of schemes. In the window that opens, go to the Pointers tab. Select Mouse, and click the Additional mouse options.
Open the Settings app and go to the Devices group of settings. Once you’ve installed the cursor, you need to enable it. You won’t get any visual indication that the cursor has been installed but it will install within a few seconds. Right-click it and select Install from the context menu. Inside, you’ll find a file called install.inf. In order to get the macOS cursor on Windows 10, you need to download this file from DeviantArt. In fact, it’s best to think of a cursor as an entire theme with different images for different states that your cursor indicates for example, the pointer, the wait/delay, the caret, etc.
